We have two programs. With our first program, the debt negotation client would be someone who has previously had credit challenges, but is now financially recovered and back on their feet with current bills. Settlements paid in an immediate one time lump sum are usually around $0.30 on the dollar, including our fees.

Our other debt negotiation client could be someone who recently fell behind in their bills and is unable to catch up, possibly due to job loss, high interest rates, etc. Settlements are usually broken into monthly payments over a 24 to 48 month time span. Our client pays approximately $0.50 on the dollar, including our fees.

Our debt negotation process is commonly as follows:

• We run a free evaluation of the potential clients' credit report and inquire in detail about the alleged debt. We then inform the potential client what the repayment fee would be, including our fees for service.
